This has been the very worst experience of ANY buying experience ever. I tried to ask for a refund as the product was melted when it arrived! She said I should sue USPS for this. I said no, it was her packaging, USPS has no idea what she is sending! She was relentlous and determined to "be right" regardless that I am the customer over a $12 item. You could not pay me enough to ever buy from her ever again! Very bad customer service.

I never told buyer to SUE anyone. I did ask her to file a claim with USPS because item melted while in transit to her. Item was insured. She refused and then turned verbally abusive. eBay refunded her money, but did NOT find me responsible for the item. Buyer is correct, she will never buy from me again as she is not a customer I want. I wish her the best and hope that she was just having a bad couple of days.
