After purchasing, the seller told me that it cannot be shipped overseas. Naturally expected a refund. Submitted refund requests, received excuses. 40 days later, he requested me to bear 20 euros as PayPal fee. I was appalled. So I told him I will let eBay decide if I have to pay for his advertising mistake, then he finally gave me my money back. 20 YEARS ON eBay, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME LEAVING A NEGATIVE. He went too far when he asked me to share responsibility for the goods he never sent to me.
