I ordered 4 controllers and unfortunately 2 had issues on arrival presumably from shipping. Contacted Voomwa and they were extremely courteous and sent me 2 more which worked perfectly. Some things to note is that the cord is slightly smaller than an original ps2 controller cord. And my spouse said her fingers would slip from the analog sticks because it had a smooth finish. I didn't have that issue and loved the feel of the controller. The price point is amazing also. Would order again!
