The seller falsely advertised a newer model but sent me an older machine from 2004 instead of the 2013 model advertised. They are now accusing me of dishonesty and refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. They expect me to palletize + do all the work to fix their error. This is blatant false advertising, and their business practices are unacceptable. I just want a full refund and for them to pick up their incorrect item.
