    Product arrived damaged as the seller did not correctly pack the item. The item was not secured within the box. I understand there was no return on the item, and that is fine and understandable. However, the product arrived damaged and was unusable straight out of the box. The seller only wanted to reimburse 50%, which was unacceptable, and I had to involve eBay for a full refund. I hope the seller learns how to package items for sale in the future, as I did when I return the damaged item.
