    Cute little fry pan. It had a black mark in the photo and I thought it was just built up grease but it’s a gouged spot. I cleaned it up but that spot remains. Communication could have been better…I messaged with questions and seller never responded.     Great All Around Running Shoe

    I've been running since my dad (a track, X Country coach of 40+ yrs) was able to bring me to all-comers meets as a young child. 35 years later, I still run and I have worn/tried just about every shoe brand under the sun and have settled on the Brooks Ghost 9 as my go-to shoe. The 9's have plenty of toe box room which is great for my middle aged spread. I used to wear a general size 7.5, but now wear a 8.5 in Brooks, though the Brooks run about a half size smaller. They have great cushion and don't take much to break in; they pretty much feel fantastic from day one. I haven't had a blister since switching to these shoes, and that's with being surrounded by hills. I tend to toe-off pretty heavily when running up hill, so that area on my soles becomes worn before my cushion ...
