I contacted Radwell if they had a scrap unit and could drop one of the small screws in the mail. or tell me the specifications of the screw and I'd source it myself. They wanted me to start a return claim. That's not all that efficient for anyone time or energy wise... I contacted U.S branch of Cliff Electronic Components. My email got forwarded to the home base in the UK. They gave me the screw specs
