    Two weeks went by, seller didn't send out my order & did not contact me. I had to reach out to them twice to see what was going on. Seller offered to ship me my item or provide a refund. I replied within 30 minutes (around 3PM in their timezone) saying I'd still like the item but only if it could be shipped out that same day. The next day they gave me my refund and falsely claimed that I didn't message them until late in the night. These messages are time-stamped! Awful experience.
