Item never arrived. When I queried seller on last day ad promised it would arrive, they said it was due to a holiday and a variety of family health issues. They did not respond to my request for refund. They later insisted the package had been shipped the following day, and even provided USPS tracking info. However, USPS never showed the item was actually shipped and it was never delivered. The seller was completely deceitful. EBay did refund my money, as appropriate.

I sent your item out for pickup. The person I gave it to at my old address did not give it to the mail carrier. This is one of the many reasons why I had to move. I am really sorry that you did not receive it but as you can see I generated the label and packed it up. The fact that the building person sabotaged your transaction and the others was not my fault.
