When we got this chair, we put it together and my son loved it and then after having it for a couple of weeks two of the legs randomly break and I reach out to see what they can do for me and they replaced it. Awesome customer service and I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I had a issue with the delivery of this chair! The box some how ended up with damage while en route so the hardware to put the chair together fell out and FedEx didn't replace it! So I was not able to put the chair together! So I contacted the seller and explained the problem, they were helpful as in giving me a 25$ to purchase the replacement parts! So it wasn't the best situation,so we'll see if I find all the parts for this chair:(
