The items (china) were in good condition as stated by the seller. They were delivered a little later than expected due to weather conditions, but very well packaged and no damage. The cost was more than anticipated due to taxes and shipping. The seller was respectful and answered my questions politely; however, I was not given the $25 reduction credited to my account, which was promised before shipping.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this seller, very rude and one-sided to work with when contacted, I was not happy at all with this sale, the item arrived late and broken because it was poorly wrapped in newspaper instead of bubble wrap and the box it was packaged in was not properly meant for long distance shipping.
(Very unprofessional business deal, I give everything a 1 out of a 1-to-5-star rating)

We made every attempt to rectify the issue and offer a partial refund. On the side, purchaser sold the item for $200.00 more than they purchased it for an was still attempting to get their money refunded.
