In my opinion Ibrahim shouldn’t be offering “custom” plans on eBay. After paying $625 for a supposed “custom” set of plans that took 45 days to receive I have a set of plans that are not accurate. After sending two emails providing kitchen renderings to make it a simple fix I received no replies. I won’t say that the plans I received are totally worthless but certainly not worth the time and money spent. His stock plans are a good deal but can't recommend for "custom".

These are not true blue prints. Nothing was mailed to me even though the discription CLEARLY says the ''blue prents'' will be mailed by ''USPS'' in tho locations.The prints are simply e-mailed and you must print them at a copy shop for an additional cost. The sellers add is frankly deceiving in plane words.
