Unfortunately I had a issue with the delivery of this chair! The box some how ended up with damage while en route so the hardware to put the chair together fell out and FedEx didn't replace it! So I was not able to put the chair together! So I contacted the seller and explained the problem, they were helpful as in giving me a 25$ to purchase the replacement parts! So it wasn't the best situation,so we'll see if I find all the parts for this chair:(

The chair is excellent and is comfortable. Here I must mention the best customer service I have seen in years! "onionautoparts" treated my problem with respect and generosity. I did not know that there were companies that truly care about their customers. I am 70 years old and so it was a true blessing to experience such excellent customer care.
