It never moved off the lable completed waited a week messaged them for a status update after my 2nd email I received a responce that they are checking it. I waited to check status again and sent a screenshot they responded. They will give a refund maybe it was lost...it never left now here is hoping I get a refund in a timely manner! Very disappointed with this company and there lack of proper communication.
