The vendor informed me about and issue with my order and provided reasonable options to ship a partial order or hold for complete order shipping. I selected to wait for the complete order which was delivered ahead of expectations. The window kits were made of high quality and aesthetically pleasing. Although the kits were well packaged two of the frames were bent from possibly the package being dropped on the corner of the box.
