My experience with the seller was a positive one, however, the product seemed sub par. The product, albeit a good idea, didn't meet expectations. Once we connected the forth section of led lights to be installed we couldn't get that section to light up when turned on. We tried a new connector, as well as, new sections of light strips and nothing would work. So we are trying to figure out what to do now. Not sure how to fix the issue. At the moment I would not refer this product to anyone.

Kind of bummed because it was a great deal, but I would rather this happen than to receive faulty parts and have to deal with sending back. They offered a refund.
