      Unreadable badly written not cohesive

      Not. A flowing read.... It's very jumbly. And doesn't flow... I do not find this approach and his views a wholosric approach nor is it cohesive or binding in its spiritual or loving healing ideas.... Its. Just not as good as other books... Find a depth meditation such as 'Pure Meditation' (Google it) as that will. Transform any trauma and uplift your life... 😊
