    The generator arrived on time, and it arrived with minor cosmetic issues. I was able to run it with my natural gas, and everything runs great. When I ran the generator, it was pretty loud. Also, check the oil on the generator. I think mine was pretty low, and I had to add oil before using it. However, it was a great price and it was worth the money! Thank you.

    I had a gasoline only generator and with living in South Louisiana I wanted to be able to run on natural gas. This Tri-Fuel generator is perfect for me! Looks brand new, worked fantastic out of box! Half the cost of a new one which I wasn't looking to spend a lot for something I may use once a year. Very powerful, looks great! I did have some questions for Firman and they answered immediately. Very impressed with the generator and Firman customer service.

    Nice item. Took some time to clean up the battery terminal. Put oil in it. Came with new wheels, front support, and propane hose/regulator. The decals on the gas tank looked faded, as if it hat been sitting outside. Overall the condition of the generator was very nice. For the price, I think I received a good deal. The machine looked new, with the exception of a small scratch on the gas tank. Looks to be quality machine.

    Great refurbished unit. Would buy again, but requires unusual fittings for natural gas operation.

    I bought this unit specifically to run on natural gas. The gas supply needed to have several specialized brass fittings and a pressure reducer to get the proper pressure to the generator. Once all of the those parts were assembled and connected, the unit started up easily and ran flawlessly. Very nice unit and actually not as loud as others I have owned. Purchased for backup power during hurricane season and hopefully will never have to use it. Other generators come with a quart of oil and a funnel, this one did not, kind of a minor annoyance. This unit was a refurbished unit and it looks and performs like a brand new unit. If not for the oil and the unusual fittings and reducer for the gas supply, I would have rated it 5 stars.

    Almost, but not quite

    Delivered by trucking company on a pallet right to my door. No damage to box but upon unboxing , the moving handle was bent and a bolt, washer, and cotter pin were missing from the handle. Could have possibly happened in shipping. A rubber mallet and my spare parts bin and we were good to go. Unit is shipped with no oil. I decided to use full synthetic in case of the need for a cold winter start. I filled crankcase to the appropriate level and let it set as I wanted to gas it up and put fuel preservative in the fuel. I was out of fuel preservative. When I came back a substantial amount of the oil had leaked out onto the floor. I cleaned this up and put clean white paper underneath to determine location of leak. It was the drain plug. It was “ monkey grip “ tight but obviously not ...

    Nice "Newish" Generator

    I took a chance buying a refurbished model because they gave me such a great deal! It was a good choice...this thing looks brand new. I doubt this thing has ever been used. I did a lot of research before buying and saw a few people had trouble with it starting. This one did that also, but all I did was slightly move the choke while hitting the starter and it started right up and ran like a champ. I still need to test it on Propane and Natural Gas once I get a hookup installed. I know they sold thousands of these at Costco last year, so I am sure they had a lot of returns that were used very little or not at all... I would recommend this to anyone if all of the products are as nice as this one! They did, however, forget to put the funnel, quick start guide and spark plug wrench in ...

    Great Generator!! Runs perfect!!

    Great generator, looks brand new, have started it around 3 times and each time it runs perfect. Powered everything we needed in our house during power outage. I ran it on Propane each time, just because it is easy!! Probably will use gas if I run out of propane. I would highly recommend these generators to anyone, needing one for emergency. Was delivered right to our door. A+++++

    Awesome Generator

    When I unboxed it I couldn’t believe it. Dang thing looked new. I hooked it up to a propane tank and in the first few cranks it fired up and ran great. I let it run for about 15 minutes checking switches, outlets and voltage’s If your looking to buy a generator you should check this one out. Great price and a 2 year warranty. Can’t beat that.
