Actual cup did not live up to the fine photography. Shipment was very late due to USPS although print shipping label was consistent with a late delivery per printed date. Customer service was very slow in returning three emails from myself, probably due to ISP. Not a satisfactory purchase. I won’t hurt their reviews but I have scored it as neutral because I’m not a vindictive person. I will never purchase from here again. I also didn’t need the liquor sales receipt in the box 🤷🏻♂️

We shipped this cup by the ship by date given to us by eBay. We also were having eBay technical issues where we could not reply to messages. This screenshot was sent to the buyer showing this. Just read our other reviews as this one is false.
