This is the first generator I got of the whisper series and it pretty quiet. I typically always prefer to reduce, reuse, and recycle so getting refurbished products don’t scare me as it just means the manufacturer is confident in there products. The value is amazing as it’s like getting half off of a new unit. The condition of the unit looks good! It has some scratches and plastic fading but it’s a tool not a home decor.
