Scum boat and data log were not included in the package. Most importantly, seller did not respond to my messaging attempt to correct. I would rather have given them an opportunity to resolve their mistakes on this transaction than leave negative feedback. I just would like what I ordered with product “in date”.

    I left a positive feedback for this seller by mistake. The keurig I purchased was advertised as new open box but what I received was clearly used, nasty, and disgusting. Requested a return and the seller haggled me but ultimately I filed a claim to return it and got a refund. Purchased one from another seller and that seller deserves the positive feedback I left for this seller by mistake. BUYER BEWARE.

    Buyer made a false claim that our Keurig K-Supreme case, listed as “Open Box – New,” was “dirty and used.” This statement was completely untrue. Every item leaving our facility is carefully tested, inspected, and photographed to ensure accuracy. Upon return, the product was verified to be in new condition, exactly as described.     Great product with a silent operation

    Great product. Good quality at an excellent price. Exactly the same item I saw in the big name franchise pet store but at half the price. I brought it for my kid's 10 gallon fish tank and it works great.It packs a lot of power for such a little motor. It is so silent you need to get realy close to it to notice the faint buzzing it makes. The only drawback Y see is that it game without any tubing or aerator rock but for less than $3 I got all needed to get it doing it's thing. Overall I'm very happy with the product and my kid loves the new look of his fish tank.

    Great aquarium pump

    Great quality air pump for a small to medium aquarium. I'm using it for a 20 gallon but only for oxygen, but it would work fine for an undergravel filter in a smaller 10 gallon tank. A great buy from Tetra and I do recommend thier products (thier fish food is great too).

    Tetra Whisper Pump

    I got this pump to provide air for a mulch tea I make for my vegetable garden. Although it only has 1 out-port for air, using a wye ("Y") I was able to supply air to 2 5 gallon buckets. It came with 1 air flow regulator which provided me the ability to get equal amounts of air out of each hose. The pump is outside sitting on a plastic box so really not sure how loud this would be in a bedroom situation. I will say the pump is relatively quiet depending on how it is sitting on the box. But again, it is outside and as long as it is not loud, really would not matter to me. I bought this off eBay for $8 whereas the local pet shop wanted much more, about twice as much for exact same product. I it a good little pump and can handle 2 bubblers without issue.

    Awesome

    Great air pump. It's quiet but strong, super easy setup. I have it powering a sponge filter in my 10 gallon and another one powering my sponge filter in my 5 gallon. Works perfect. Would buy again.
