The seller shipped a padded brought incorrectly which damaged it. I sent the message explaining this and requested a refund to which they never actually replied. They then waited for the last minute until it could be escalated to eBay to send a return label. They also waited until the last moment to refund me once they received the bra back. Not a great experience.
