    The seller did a TERRIBLE job packaging the item. Because of this the sign was cracked in shipping. It is a real shame the sign was ruined by such carelessness. A return has been started with the seller and I will report back on that process. VERY disappointed! I have NEVER had ANYTHING like this happen in all the years I have been using EBay with far more fragile items.
