Great workout!!!!
I used this workout video for years on a VCR tape that finally wore out. I have tried many others since then, including other "Firm" Workouts. None are as effective at an all over workout and strength training.It is easy to follow and the results are quickly noticed.Start with no weights or very light and before long you will amaze yourself. Good Luck! The Firm workout #1 and #2 are also good (1 hr) and the "Total Body" workout that is broken down into 3 sections, upper & Lower body and abs 15 min. each. and some of their shorter target workouts, like Firm Abs (30)minutes.I used this workout video for years on a VCR tape that finally wore out. This is old (80s), but it is fun and it works. It's a highly rated workout even after decades. Sure, the outfits are super cheesy, but who cares? Also, the shipper got the product to me quickly.
