    The seller was very helpful. The first time the DROs were shipped, they came through Amazon Logistics. Half way to my house the package was declared undeliverable and damaged. They wouldn't return the package to the seller either for some reason. Thankfully the seller shipped out two more units and used UPS the second time. It took longer overall but it was not their fault. Everything came in and was in good working order. That's good service. They were very understanding and communicated well.
