    (sorry for terrible English, I am dutch) bought this for my poor Dell Inspiron 1501 the Sempron CPU was worn out so I've replaced it with this CPU and it the Dell feels like new! the CPU arrived in perfect condition (it looked like new) no signs of wear just perfectly new right out of the box. it arrived after about 2 weeks which is a lot faster than I am used to the normal 4~6 weeks of waiting. so this gets 5/5 stars!

    A great chipset!

    Went into a Dell Inspiron 1501 easily and worked almost immediately! I had to restart a few times to get it settled, but there was a noticeable performance bump and has been able to run cooler despite the higher TDP.

    A huge performance upgrade for only 5 dollar

    I bought this processor to upgrade an old laptop Vostro 1000 (Sempron 3500+) I want to use for my arduino projects. The performance of this dual core processor is about 40% better than the sempron 3500+. Besides that the laptop works now very smoothly and can handle (due to his 2 cores) multiple simultaneous tasks. It is a real improvement on this point. I paid about 5 dollar for this processor (in good condition) what is really cheap. Before you put this processor in your laptop look on youtube to get some video assistance. It takes about 1 hour to replace the old processor with this one. Neg points: none Pos points: best investment I did in years :-)

    AMD Turion TL-60

    A little difficult to install. Its such a small space to work inside of. But, it works great and my computer works 4 times as fast. That is remarkable. Be sure to be extra careful when you take things apart, as they have to go back together properly. Its tough when plastic gets old and brittle. I managed to do it anyways.

    Acer 5517

    My aspire 5517 was running hot , so I opened it up to apply new heat paste and clean the vents. I figured I might as well upgrade the cpu. After some research I found other aspire 5517 users had upgraded to this cpu. Got here fast and was easy to install. Works great. I can finally multitask on my laptop.
