Good seller and well packaged, shipped/delivered quickly. The PRODUCT is, in my opinion, not heavy duty as box describes. Not the thick heavy pumice that we used to get from the hardware store. Also, this is no longer made in USA, but China. Since we use these frequently and they get used up quickly, we'll just purchase less expensive pumice in bulk. Would purchase from seller again, just not this item.

Best wet tile saw on market!
DeWalt did it again! Superb Quality, sharp design and never lets you down! Bit pricey but you get what you pay for no doubt! Cut a perfect straight line diagonally right out of box. No adjusting of rail or sliding table needed..

I wish it was perfect from the factory.
I sure hope that I just bought the lemon but don't have the time to send the darn thing back and thus go thru the unnecessary aggravation of that process. I really need a good tile saw to replace my old one. I have spent hours working on the tray and rails trying to make it slide with out jumping. I haven't even tried to use it because it is so sloppy at the moment. Disappointed ? Your damn straight. almost a grand for a saw that I have to spend hours trying to fix before I even use... I hope that I have fixed it, because I'm starting a major job next week and need it. I know others love this saw, so that is the reason I'm extremely disappointed that I have personally had to work on a brand new (expensive) saw. I sure hope that I just bought the lemon but don't have the time to send the darn thing back and thus go thru the unnecessary aggravation of that process. i have set tile for a living for over 20 plus years i have always used target wet saws,i went out on a limb and tried the dewalt,and was pleasantly surprised.the saw performed as well as my target seem to be a good value time will tell on its staying power it will have to go to work every day
