Second purchase of Opticlear 4.5% NAC. My 10 year old Basset/Beagle mix has cataracts brought on by diabetes. After 3 treatments per day for 30 days, his vision has improved and eyes are less cloudy. At 75, I also have developing cataracts, and the same drops have improved my vision. Maybe not a cure, but positive results.

It is a bit early as I only had them about a week. I did notice while driving at night that on coming headlights are not as annoying as they have been. The cloud in my left eye seems to be less of a problem. Time will tell I guess could be wishful thinking at this early stage.
