Functional but not heavy duty.
It is performing as expected. The plastic could be a bit more sturdy. It takes a bit more effort to slide the battery in and out than we see for the other tools we use the same batteries for.

Adapter works great
I used this adapter to modify an old Chicago Electric 18 volt impact wrench, for which batteries are no longer available, otherwise this tool would have been garbage. Took some time to cut and drill the tool to fit this adapter, but now works great with Makita batteries.
