    Got this title through eBay instead of buying it from Amazon. It is a PDF file so it is not so easy to find where you left off and you can't do a search BUT I knew that when I bought the book. It was much less expensive than purchasing the ebook from Amazon. No problem downloading or opening. Information in the book was informative although there is a lot of repetition on the author's part.

  • The roadmap to take you from supersized to slim!

    After decades of nutritional misinformation, most of the people we encounter are overweight. Fat has 9 calories per gram and both carbs and protein have 4 calories per gram. So it SEEMS to make sense to think that the route to a slim body could be achieved by a very low fat diet. WRONG! Our bodies are much more complex than that! I have changed my way of eating as a result of this book and gone from a size 10 to a size 2. I am 69 years old, work out for one hour a week in the gym, and have better muscle tone than I ever have. Fat provides satiety, so cravings go away when the sugar and carbs (that your body turns to sugar) are cut way back. The title of Dr. Hyman's book is my mantra. I bought this book when it first became available and since then have bought at least 6 of these ...
