Seller told me they were new when I asked them about it upon receipt but it would have been much better for the seller to leave the factory seals alone. Its not good to sell BBU's without first checking and charging/recharging them or you could get several dead batteries. They are indeed 100% new, but I break the seal and test each battery to ensure they are at 100% capacity. I am sad that you are upset about a literal yellow caution sticker, which is less important than you receiving a brand new BBU at 100%...
