    AVOID THIS SELLER! Purchased an LP that was advertised as BRAND NEW, the record came in a box, out of its sleeve, cover bent and creased, record scratched. This item was the furthest thing from new. The seller offered me an insulting partial 5.00 refund for an item that wasn't even worth 5.00 total. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST. A complete, misrepresented time suck, falsely advertised adventure into petty customer service. AVOID THIS SELLER!

    I acknowledged and apologized to this buyer for the mistake in the listing. I offered a $5 partial refund, which for a $12.88 item is a reasonable percentage off. He refused that offer and wanted the item for close to nothing. I told him to return the item, which he did not want to do. So, apparently, the item was good enough to keep.
