The company's customer service is excellent! I have a nordictrack commercial 2450, and the machine stopped spinning... I opened up the treadmill, and the control board flashed four times which usually means it’s bad. I ordered a new part, and I was confused with the green wire. I called the company, and I got ahold of Klay, and he was able to walk me through it, and I got it to work. Dr treadmill has great service.
