Ordered a large 102 piece Craftsman Tool Kit weighing about 14lbs, and received a 2oz package containing a phone screen saver. Contacted seller and they said distribution center made a mistake. Contacted PayPal who is issuing a refund. Seller very apologetic and even says that the distribution center is reshipping the order.
