They arrived in perfect condition. Each container was still moist on arrival. Good thing I kept an eye on the package, because there is literally a label on the box which says "DO NOT PUT IN MAILBOX" and... the mail courier left it in the mailbox regardless. I would definitely recommend this seller and will most likely be purchasing from again in the future.

Unfortunately the post office ignored all of the very clear labels and put them in my mailbox in south LA. in August :( thankfully I was home, tracking the package and my mailbox was in the shade at that time so disaster was averted! All the bugs seen fine and healthy. Contacted the seller to let them know, they said they're contacting usps because it could have been BAD.

The springtails are good quality. They arrived in good condition, alive and well-packaged. The value is great - received a bunch of healthy little guys in clay. The springtails looks super cute. They're just darker than the image on the listing, but are the correct species.
