This company has excellent customer service. As soon as i ordered the slot machine, they asked me if I wanted a copy of the owner’s manual which they emailed me. Then when the machine was ready, they sent me a pic and then a video on how to use my specific machine. I also got another video on what to check after shipping before using the machine. Very thorough! I havent used the slot machine yet but plan to shortly. Also wonderful guy who delivered the machine into my garage. Friendly!
