Arrived in great condition with everything listed. It also came with an accessory I thought would be missing as the original description implied the remote wasn’t included in the purchase. Other than needlessly buying a second express key remote due to misinformation I’ve greatly enjoyed my purchase

I have a Cintiq 22 and a Cintiq Pro 16. I am pleased with my Wacom products. Received the Pro 24 within three days of ordering. Two to three days earlier than it was supposed to arrive. There are no visible blemishes, scratches, scuffs, etc. For a "Used" product, it is in excellent condition. This display is gorgeous. The large borders are wonderful. i have also purchased the Vesa mount adapter for a monitor arm. Very happy with the overall quality.

2nd time ordering from them, 1st one had a tiny scratch BUT they do mention this in the pics that you may receive a model with some wear & tear they show a pic of listed possible ones. (Very much appreciated they say this) When you open the box it has a little pamphlet that also shows possible wear & tear this time around I got one without any wear & tear at all so happy about that. Will continue ordering from them again in the future! 5 stars!
