    Received in good order. It was not received quickly, but that's up to eBay which held it a long time before forwarding it to Europe. Unfortunately the customs form gave the book title and didn't say "BOOK" so was mistakenly charged VAT and duty by UK customs. Expensive, given the value of this super book. Books are free from VAT and duty in UK so I have filed a refund claim with HMRC. Might have been better had the seller shipped directly rather than used eBay's forwarding service.
