I received this item very promptly. I am pretty satisfied with this, but buyers need to note that it is SMALLER than described. I followed the measurement description, and my measurements fell right in the middle of the XL. When I tried it on, I could barely get it on. I can wear it, but my leg bulges on either side. While on, it gives good support, so I am keeping it, and ordering another a size larger to use on the other knee.. We'll see if it is better or worse. Thanks so much.
