    Reconditioned 0331 TUPY head is awesome!

    My 2001 Wrangler 4.0 developed a crack between 3 and 4 just like so many others. I wanted to buy something not made in China and found this reconditioned TUPY 0331 head online. It arrived two days before the original estimate. That's a first! When I unboxed it, I was very pleased with how clean it was, and how the machining looked to be done very well. I put a straight edge across the head and it's flat, which makes it easy to put on my engine. My only issue is the head is so nice and clean, I will have to spend a TON of time cleaning the block to get it up to standard! Thanks, Windy City!

    Clean before install

    Installed on my 2000 XJ Cherokee. Runs great and is very powerful. I get 20mpg on the road. MAKE SURE you use an air hose to spray out the new head before install. I did not and now have to do a flush because the machining left small milling flakes in my cooling system.

    I would look no further!

    I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase. Every question I had was answered within 20 minutes. And I had a lot of questions being almost totally green when it comes to changing out a head. Also, shipping was exceptional. Two days... If you love your XJ(or I6) and the head has betrayed your love, then get a Tupy from these guys....

    4.0 Jeep head

    Packaged well the machine work looks high quality. I bought the new promaxx head and sent it back due to the ultra low quality. I’m much happier with this head. Will 100% use them in the future
