These double CD cases have a poor design/quality, with a flimsy inner tray that easily warps, pushing the top CD into the cover insert. Every one of the cases was like that. It's also hard to push the CDs onto the hubs due to the design of the teeth and the tray bending so easily. It's not the seller's fault, and I have bought single CD and Blu-ray cases from here that were fine. The seller is great, but this case is not.
