These lifters did not fit in my 1950 Buick with a 263 ci engine, they were too big. The original lifters from the engine measured .9980 inches. These lifters measured .9990 inches, they would not fit in the lifter cylinder. I did get a refund (less shipping) but I wasted two weeks trying to get them to work, very frustrating! I finally had a machine shop order lifters which actually fir and worked great, they were .9980 inches in diameter. Ask for a measurement BEFORE you purchase!!

USPS mishandled my box, one transmission mount tore right through the box....long gone. I just about panicked, because '55 Pontiac transmission mounts aren't cheap. Old Parts Source shipped me a replacement mount....and lightning fast. I highly recommend these guys! I wish all ebay sellers were this good.
