I think this may have been a display model? There are some scratches and dings and the finish looks to be worn in places. Not what I expected for the price I paid. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. tt is a new unsmoked pipe and in about 90% condition so it is in theory what the seller said it was. I will keep it, easier to not fight the issue, plus when purchasing online it's always a risk.

I’ve read feedback of people complaining about shipping time.
If you’re ordering from the USA, it’s going to take time. Considering this pipe shipped from Germany, it was actually fast shipping. I highly recommend this seller and will use them again. From day of order to receiving, it took just under 3 weeks. It sounds like a long time but that is actually fast considering it wasn’t UPS or Fed Ex.
