it did not come complete .I do not have the old pcm with theprom in it. I needed it to be complete .I seen nothing saying i needed it send me a prom or a return slip because i can not use it like this. the motor is a junkyard motor I need a working pcm!!

Direct From the listing: When you receive the computer you will need to remove the two bolt cover and install the PROM (also known as a chip) from your original computer. No special tools are required to do this. The PROM is what holds the vehicle specific programming so you must reuse your PROM. Prom chips are sold separately because there are over 40 different prom chips used in this ecm application. We have the most popular ones in stock.
