Welcome to my Nightmare. First I ordered a part 5/12 sunday and was giving a tracking number. on 5/15 tracking showed item was still not picked up???? So I emailed them 8pm on Wednesday. Saying what's going on. Melissa emailed me on 5/16 saying FIRST off we are closed sun. Mon. 2nd your item is not in stock, will be mailed today. They should have told me this 14th or 15th. And they sent the wrong part to me. Ordered 46t, got 42t. SHOP ELSEWHERE. Missed my event. Those 2 days killed it

1st msg sent 7:53 PM on 5/15, 2nd msg sent 7:15 am 5/16. Both sent while closed. We replied 9:46 am, 46 mins after we opened. We do live inventory, which includes vendors inventory. There was a delay getting it in to us. We shipped on 5/16 when I let the customer know. Wrong item due to Ebay catalog information incorrect with the incorrect number of teeth. Offered for exchange. We are sorry for that happening.
