    Received item in perfect condition. It was marked as open box but I don’t think it had ever been out of the box. All items and screw kit from Logitech still in the box.     Item is as described. Price is excellent! I appreciate Seller update the status of the order, and sent the tracking number. What can be improved? Shipping time. I ordered on Wednesday. Label was created on Friday. It didn't ship until Monday. That's 5 days from order to ship. It took Fedex a full week to deliver. This made it almost a 2 weeks delivery. Seller can shorten this by shipping item in 24 to 48 hours after placing an order. Just my suggestion ... You sonder why Amazon is popular.
