    Ram 2500

    For what I used it for it worked out ok. I got some backrack side rails and bolted this rack to the rails so I wouldn't have to drill holes in my new truck. The adjustable part of it is why I got it, (I didn't use the top part) and when I got all done with it, well it looks pretty cool. They don't pack it very good so you might have to repaint. The quality is ok for a 100 dollar rack, you get what you pay for, after I beefed it up a bit and repainted it with hammerite it looks good. So if you are a little creative this thing should work alright for you.

    Serviceable but cheap.

    Within two days rust was showing at the weld joints and running out of the inside of the tubes.There should have been caps if you did'nt want to use the extension and powder coating would be much more durable.Bottom line you get want you pay for.

    Installed on a 2004 Silverado extended cab.

    Quality is heavy duty, I don't expect any problems. Looks like it should hold up for a few years with no problems. Mounting on the silverado is a pain, but not impossible. I only used two bolts on each side. You'll have to drill a hole on the side of the rack and bed to install the 3rd hole. Wish the hardware was all flange bolts and not much of the allen wrench bolts. Product should do what it's supposed to.

    NOTICE* Smaller bed rails may be an issue.

    This item was purchased for a 92 Toyota pick up. All measurements given in the pictures as well as description were contrasted with my vehicle and matched up. However, the one measurement not given in advertising Is the one that created an issue. See photos for explanation. Great product, well built and probably more heavy duty steel then you are expecting. For my application I had to beef up my bed rails and fill in gaps with some hardwood. Just be advised the rail bracket may be larger then your bed rail making it a chore to apply. Measurements shown in photo.

    What I was looking for.

    This was a perfect choice for my application. I wanted more of a headache rack than I ladder rack. I did do some minor welding to keep it tight in place once it was adjusted for my 2001 Chevy Silverado. Also I cut the mount for the ladder rack and then installed the tubular plugs.
