    Highlighters arrived absolutely smashed to bits. Seller asked me to return the items stating the reason that I’d changed my mind then he would refund me! Absolutely not! They’re broken to bits and not as advertised. They arrived in a paper envelope and a very small bubble wrap envelope all the way from USA! No wonder they’re broken. Sadly, I had to pay another £45 customs fee to have them delivered so annoyingly had to keep them or I would’ve lost £45. Terrible seller. Avoid.

    We are sorry your order didn't arrive in satisfactory condition. The items were packed very well and the order was fulfilled by eBay Global Shipping Program. According to their terms and conditions, they handle free returns, so the buyer shouldn't have any problem to return the items. Additionally we are totally confused by the charges the buyer incurred. We have nothing to do with them, supposedly ebay calculates all the fees upfront, so there shouldn't be any surprises at the delivery.

    Absolutely the best

    I REALLY love this color correcting pallet. I had read reviews of it on other sites, just didn't want to spend the asking price without being able to try it first. So glad I found it here. This is a combo cream/powder palette, and while the orange/red had me feeling nervous it worked wonders to cover the dark circles under my eyes. Mine are genetic/hereditary and I've always struggled to cover them. It felt great to be able to put this on and have people say hey you look great today instead of are you feeling okay? Tired? So, for you ladies and gents out there struggling with the dark blue/purple/black circles, THIS is the fix that works
