Contacted the seller straightaway but one day passed by and no response. Sent 2nd message, no response. I initiated the return process. Doing so, the seller suddenly became active and replied to my messages. He asked me to open the package and cancel the return process if inside contents are ok. I opened, the contents inside were ok. NOT HAPPY WITH THE POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE.

Not the sellers fault at all. But gave me two hours of trying to get my purchase. Otherwise it was as described and delivered much quicker than expected. Also well packaged so arrived in perfect condition even after collection from another property.

I like the company as you can get a lot of the stuff from them which you can’t get anywhere else so it’s definitely a thumbs up and I’ve already recommended them to other people which they bought so it’s all good and I will buy more products from them. Delivery was fantastic and before I expected it so this is 👍
