I've seen these on eBay for nearly 20 years and never gave them any thought. Our 250ex was recently crashed and these brackets were the only way to salvage the frame. At the +4.5" setting with aftermarket shocks, it completely transformed the quad. With 11" tires on the rear, the front/rear widths are nearly square. No need for rear wheel spacers. If you plan on doing the +4.5" on a 250ex, I will suggest buying factory 400ex tie rods. It will save you the possible headache.

Very well built. I feel very safe when i am riding now. But there was a couple problems, i put mine on and the bolt on the bottom of my steering collumn hit on one of the pieces, so i just ground it down and repainted, nothing big. AND, my front brake lines don’t work… there was no brake line extensions, don’t know if they were included and i didn’t receive mine or if they didn’t add them to begin with. other than that not complaining, good product all around.
